I had placed an order for a jumpsuite and a kurta from shopkin on 29th march, got trapped in their discount prices. Order number being #20164 and #19772. The payment was done at their site via netbanking. I was informed that the product would be delivered by 9th april. No delivery details or tracking url was sent to me and the products till date never reached.
My subsequent follow ups on their customer care number and email went unanswered. I need the refund back amounting 420 +349 =769 rs. Please teach this fake people a lesson as they have taken my hard earned money and request to close down this site completely, so others like me do not fall into their trap.
