Shopmonk.com — Faulty mobile phone

I had purchased one mobile phone from them which was delivered after more than a month. After delivery, I found that the product is a faulty and locked one and can not be used in India.
I have mailed to them but they are yet to revert back to me in the last 24 hours.
I am in a situation where I do not know what to do.the seller's contact number is also wrong number.
Please help me retrieve the money from them
