On 4th september 2017 i have placed an online order for apple iphone
6s 16gb on the site www.shopmonk.com and i received on 8th sep. 2017 and make the payment of rs. 28, 490/- cash. (Order ref. No.[protected].
Please note issues related to old handset which is sent by shopmonk as new one:
As i have checked the information regarding my handset on official website of apple i. E. Iphoneimei. Info by entering imei no of my handset which i have received from you. The telephonic services is already expired but i have activated my handset 1st time yesterday only i. E. 14.09.2017. It is clear that the handset was already used one. Screen shots of website showing the status of the product is attached with this mail.
2nd issue is that when i have open the box and try to find the sim tray opening pin, then i was unable to find that pin in the box. Their was no pin in the box. Hence it is clear that the handset used earlier. Photographs are attached herewith.
3rd issue, when i have open the sim tray of the iphone sent by you. I was shocked to see that another sim card was already in the phone and this face confirmed that this phone was already in use earlier and is new one. Photographs of the same are attached with this mail.
4rth issue is that the voice of the handset is not at all clear the speakers are defective one and the voice is also very low comparatively to other iphone 6s. Hence it is clear that the handset is not new it is a defective one.
Till date i have find the above said issues as currently i am not using this hand set.
Now representative asking me to send back the product, but now after looking these complaints against shopmonk i want my refund first and then i will send this product.
