Shopmoyo — order number 6023 payment deducted but not deliver the order and not responding over custer care and mail

I had purchase rado watch order number 6023 after payment it is not sent the confirmation mail nor respond the customer care number had pay 3199 to them but no respond so far.
Kindly lookinto the matter as the are cheating indian public.
I want to my money back as they are not responding so far every day i am send mails to them but no response received from them
