22july 2015 shoponindia executive called me & told me you are selected for our promotional scheme & told me combo offer with assured free electronic gift in rs7999 .i payment 7999 with credit card with payment id 39878961. I placed order with shoponindia for combo offer with assured gift of Samsung Galaxy e7 . I received combo offer on 30july in combo 2item missing. When I asked for missing items & assured gift they give me excuses.I called shoponindia customer care many time but give me new date.after 48 day on8 Sept .shoponindia executive MR VIKASH CHAND Called me & told me 10% payment of assured electronic gift & rs2500 for membership card send me hdfc account no[protected] for deposite .I deposited total amount 5800 in a/c .then called to VIKASH CHAND he told me we will tomorrow called u.next day he called me told electronic item send u after ur membership card activation this prosses take 10-15day .please help me
