Shoponindia — fraud by selling his product

Dear Sir, I buy a combo pack with Home theater from shop on india online site. I talk to company executive and they said to me that they offering me a combopack with MicroSD 8 GB card and a member ship card. In that membership card, first 3 product they are offering me in 90% discount and after that 50% discount in the electrionic product. When i paid online amount of rs. 6999/- they only sent me combo pack with Home theater. They didn't send micro SD card and Membership card. I called them and they said both of the thing they will send me 1st march. Again i call on 2nd march, they said, after financial year, the new member ship card will be launch and after that they send me. I said you are cheating with me and i don't like your policy and i want to return your product but they said the return policy is not done by us. While when i ordered that time they said you can return if you don't like any of the product in the combo pack. Sir, I am a student, please help me.What i do?
