I tried to purchase a brush pen from Shoppon. The money was deducted and I couldn't see the transaction in my account. I tried calling customer care 10 times but they picked the call after 2 hours. I recieved the order number for product.

Your order ORN[protected] has been placed successfully and we will update you with the courier details as soon as your order is dispached.

I tried to cancel the order when I enquired about this company. later, I rejected the courier because I felt that was a fraud...

Now, I see the product is returned back to warehouse but I am trying to request them to refund the money..No reply on mails...they are not picking the calls

Product no.530022. Asked ladies kurti instead sent one yellow cloth. Order rejected and filled the details in mobile and asked for money return. No activity since 8 days.
Collect package and make payment immediately.

I have ordered for a mobile (Asus Max Pro M1) and I didn't get any update regarding shipping details and all and no one is responding for the calls.Either I want the details to be updated or I want to cancel my order and get refund . please help me .

The cancellation of product through seller refund is not return by the company. So many complaints are there regarding shoponn.. there should be need strict action on shoponn.

I didn't receive my product still now. I have been order of "Darshan Toys Ludo and Snakes and Ladders(Medium)" on 18 April 2020(Saturday) at 08:51 pm. Order Id is ORN[protected]. I have been paid to "Nipun Engineering Pvt Ltd." of Rs.150(Product Value) & Rs.65(Shipping/Delivery Charge).
