ShopOnn — selling of expired skin care products

Hello, i am sheela lotlikar. I had placed an online order (No.[protected]) with shoponn for nurtrogena cleanser the delivery of which was received on 19/4/18. On opening the parcel i found the product had already expired two months back on 11/2/18. No return or refund was allowed by shoponn, so the customer care was contacted and as adviced by an official complaint email was sent with product carton pictures on 21/4/18. However no response whatsoever has been received.
Selling expired skin care products must be considered a cognizable offense as their usage can cause serious damage and side effects to the consumers.
I request that the complaint may please be taken up with appropriate authorities.
