Shopper Stop — Not delivered correct product

Hi,

Ordered Majesty CGX3 Eco Cook Top 3 Burner from shopper stop on on Tue, Apr 19, 2016 at 4:05 PM and received different product on on 26th April 2016.
I call customer care for creating a ticket for me (reference[protected]
Two times they raised a ticket but did not take any action on it.

I am still waiting for my product that I have ordered.

Please help me to me back my product or money.
