I ordered a Bose bluetooth headset from this website after seeing their online ad in the Times of India website. The website address is https://shopperkarts.in

The item was listed at a substantial discount in their online ad. I placed the order and was emailed an order receipt immediately with COD as the only payment option.

The package was delivered this morning by Delhivery. It was not the product I ordered but some other cheap brand (Made in China) i7s TWS which looks used and soiled. I tried to call them at the number they have provided but no one picks up the call or responds or the phone is switched off. I have also sent them emails on all email addresses I could find on the website but no response so far. I have ended up paying Rs. 2999. I have enclosed the images of the website and the product that has been advertised and the product that i have received. Also i have enclosed images of the acknowledgement mail that i have received after the order placement.
