[Resolved]  Shoppers Stop — Non waiver of parking charges

When I first visited shoppes stop Surat, people at billing desk asked me to purchase a membership card and said about its benefits among which parking charge waiver was one of the benefit . I agreed and purchased the membership. After that I went there 4-5 times and made purchase and presented the parking bill to make the waiver but it didn't happened. I made regular complaints about the issue and in return I didn't received any satisfactory answer. Every time they say sir it will be done we have mailed about your problem to our concerned department . We will reply as early as possible, but they don't care to reply.
