[Resolved]  Shoppers Stop — order not delivered

I would like to complain to u regarding my order not being delivered which i placed it on sunday i.e. 8th feb...and till now i did not even receive my order tracking detaills...i even called on the customer support no but i did not get a positive reply. 7 days have already been passed, if this is the condition i regret for shopping from this site because orders are delivered in maximum 5 days on other sites and here i dont even have the clue of my order..so kindly let me know when wil i receive it..my order no is 5473442 ARIF BADER
