Shoppersstop.com — after 3 month, still product is not delivered | |||||
Hi, My name is Ranjan, first time, I had order cloth from shoppersstop on date Saturday, July 08, 2017, Order #88752549 and paid online. But after 3 Month, still product is not delivered, My item tracking number showing "PROCESSING". I called customer care around 15 times and request to refund my money. He assured me that I will get the best of the support from Shopper’s stop and refunct will be credited on next 3 days. After 5 day again called on customer care, and this time she give me fake transaction. It would be a clear cheating to the customer by shoppersstop.
