[Resolved] Shoppersstop.com — bad service | |||
I think shopper stop should not keep the brands they cannot service. I gave a Giordano watch at andheri shopper stop for change of belt on August 28. On 5th October I got a call that the watch is ready. On going to collect the watch I realized that wrong belt has been put. On asking for a solution the staff said they it is my mistake and this is the only strap available. After minutes of discussion the solution provided is that they will put my old strap back. My one and half month wasted and no solution. Stop taking customers for a ride. I know this will change nothing but I need an answer if you are providing a service for which we are paying how it is not your responsibility Was this information helpful? | |||
