This is the Heights of getting cheated as an online consumer.Recently i have basically ordered a police watch in shopperstop.com since i found 40% offer and made my payment on 27 July 2022, which is fairly significant. But they didn't essentially bother to notify me regarding my delivery date and after my call towards your customer care, fairly contrary to popular belief they say thats been sold off and they are running out of stock and after some extension over the conversation(how do they accept order without inventory details of their store) they finally stated that the last single unit is defective and they asking me to cancel it. Also got different calls from various customer care numbers of shoppersstop and asking me to cancel the order for refund and i refused to do so. Again on aug 9 after all these mess i received mail stating Your Order[protected] is Ready for Pickup - Automated Message - DO NOT REPLY with pickup code and i tried calling the given calling number again theres no response so i decided to go directly there for my watch pickup Pickup Address

They asked me to wait and after 40min they say that the product is not received and again frustration at its peak so i asked them to give me help regarding this and simple answer i got is sorry sir "we didn't receive any product of yours and will call and notify once we receive product within 3 working days" today is Aug 14 and receiving response still and am going to raise this over various consumer complaint forums still i get 40% offer coupon on any product(watch) i order. They are cheating every online consumer with offers and after ordering they ask us to cancel this cant be accepted every time. Was this information helpful? |
