My complaint is regarding DELAYING OF REFUND from online shoppersstop.com. and their WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
My Order ID[protected]. Placed order on 13.8.2022. Product received through Bluedart courier service on 19.8.2022 was completely broken in powdered form. (2nos. of Glass bottles)
From 19.8.2022 I have been chatting with shoppersstop customer care team for my refund. They are very much irresponsible and behaving rudely (signing off inbetween the questions) to resolve the issue even after my submission of crystal clear evidences.
On 19th from Ms. Ritika Mannadiar's side she gave a raised case id(Complaint id CAS[protected]H2D3Y7) and asked me to wait 48hrs.
On 23rd Mr. Amrut stated that their team is working on the issue.
On 25th again Ms.Ritika gave words that soon they will process the refund. Again asked me to wait.
On 28th from Ms.Kretika Lalwani's side she raised a NEW CASE unwantedly without processing the previous case.(case id:CAS[protected]L9P6C1) and rudely closed the chat inbetween the queries and concern.
After read all the disappointed reviews online, i was shocked to see such a name earned big brand's illicit carelessness towards people's money.
Decided this is my FIRST and last painful shopping experience with shoppersstop. I am nothing to them as an individual shopper but for sure won't recommend this e-shopping site to my nears and dears.
Felt like I am getting cheated and without delaying started searching in a helpless/clueless state to raise a complaint, atlast found here some reputed people's productive service in resolving consumer's refund issues genuinely gives me a relief to hold my trust on you people.
So registering here my grievences and expecting a trustworthy and positive result soon as possible. HELP ME TO GET MY MONEY REFUNDED BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD. Trust you people.
