I place the order on 22/Dec/2017 electric rice cooker (order #[protected] and i received the order on 23/Dec/2017 but the received product is defective piece so i call to shoperstop customer care and send email to shoperstop for returning the product (case number - CAS[protected]Z3Z9N6). i received the return product on 8/Jan/2017 (order # [protected]) but when i open the box i saw that they did not change the product, they pack same damage piece and they return to us, again i call to customer care and send email to customer care on 8/Jan/217, i told him i dont want to purchase any think from shoperstop i want to my mony back in my account they said "I puchase this product from gift card so they return only gift card which this gift card only accept by shoperstop, " I received email from shoperstope (20/Jan/2017) they received the product, after that I am not received any email, massage or call from him,
I request you to please return my amount to my bank account I don’t want to purchase any think from shopperstop,
