[Resolved] Shoppersstop.com — exchange of the product purchased online | |
Dear sir/ madam, Greetings Sub: return / exchange request received for order #[protected] I have made an exchange request on 16/05/2019 for a product purchased online and the customer care person told that my product will be picked from my home within 2 working days for exchange. It is really bad that my product was not picked from my home after 7 days of initiation of the request. The customer care people told me that within 2 working day it will be picked but unfortunately even after 5 working days, it was not picked. From last monday onwards i am calling the customer care people and they are always saying that within next working day it will be picked from my home. But until now it has not happened. I am not expecting this type of response from shoppers stop people. It is really pathetic that such a big company treating the customer like this. Regards Mathivanan Was this information helpful? | |
