The above two orders were cancelled in a span of 3 months. I have shopped thrice with Shoppers and as you see I had to face the inconvenience of order cancellations twice. Needless to say, the refund process is extremely painful. They will charge your card immediately but it will take ages for the refund. My second order[protected] has not been refunded yet. This is a cheap company with no professionalism and I would strongly advice against shopping online with Shoppers
