[Resolved] Shoppersstop.com — i am complaining about the products purchased at the indira gandhi international airport shoppers stop | |||||
I was recently traveling from new delhi to lucknow from indira gandhi international airport. I purchased apparel worth rs. 4000 from the shoppers stop at the delhi airport. When i asked if my points have been added, the staff conveniently told me to get it added from any other shoppers stop since their machine wasn't working. I went to lucknow shoppers stop and asked them to add my points, they refused saying they are not authorized to add points for the purchases made at the airport. This is highly unprofessional on the part of a reputed shopping centre as yours. Highly dissatisfied and discontent. I went to the customer desk at Lucknow shoppers stop but they refused to update. They said they aren't authorized to update the points for products purchased at the airport. So my only question is. Why do you have your counter at the airport at first place.
