This is not the product which i refunded.
I received the product.but I return this because i did not like the product .
I thought money will be returned by you as other websites.
But next month i knew you haven’t processed the request and my money is not refunded yet..
Then i called to your call center and asked them to refund.they told me it was failed in quality check..i was like ok no issue then refund my product or refund me money.you need to do atleast one thing..order was placed on 24 june and was returned on aprrox 25 or 26 june as the same as I received
But you delayed
You can check how many time i have called to your call center for my product
Aprrox 8-10 times for this order refund..but your person never responded..
Today after 3 month a single call from your side on 14-10-22 I received..
Today you said product is not what is you sent to me.
So its your fault
Customer is not liable for the loss done by you
I have given the same product what I received
How dare you to blame me that I changed the product.
You pick up agent must be check the product.
What he is supposed to pickup or what is customer giving.
It’s completely your fault..I can’t blame anyone who changed it and gave to you..
It can be pick up person or warehouse person or lorry person or someone else..but customer is not liable for the mistake done by you and your person.
You are doing fraud to me as i can see you are saving some person who has changed the product.
So if you give my refund it will be good for both o[censored]s
If you can not please revert me back
I need to take some legel action against the fraud happend to me.(i gave right product and someone changed and deliver you wrong product).
