I have placed order for 10 items out of which only 6 items were delivered and 4 were missed. The payment was already made for all 10 items. A complaint was logged on 16th Feb 2022 for the same however, no resolution was provided to me till date. No customer care support and no response to my emais till date. I have placed order for 10 items, order ID[protected] out of which only 6 items were delivered and 4 were missed. The payment was already made for all 10 items. A complaint was logged on 16th Feb 2022 for the same however, no resolution was provided to me till date. No customer care support and no response to my emais till date. I want to take legal action against shoppers stop. Really frustrated and pathetic behavior. I need compensation of this mental harassment.
