Shoppersstop.com — mistakenly broke the cap of the cup and they asked for 800 rupees | |||
Today i visited shopper stop store at the laxminagar v3s mall. Really i must say the service is pathetic. One incident happened to me by mistake and they charged for 800 rs. I was just seeing the mug which has an offer of buying one get one free and mistakenly it cap falls down and broke into pieces. I just want to ask if this type of service you offered to your customers. I did not say anything because i know workers can't do anything but management can. If by mistake a cup cap falls down you will ask for the whole amount from a customer for that. Will this make your customer satisfied? I was thinking that you are a bog brand but today i came to know that you really are not because the charge you asked me was a small amount. I will never visit your shopper stop store situated in anyplace. You guys are really disgusting with much pathetic service. Was this information helpful? | |||
