I cancelled items in my order two days ago but i didn't get a refund till now and have been calling them ever since but they haven't picked up the call. I mailed them too. When i wanted them to cancel, they responded in an hour but when i asked for a refund, they never replied. My order id is [protected]. Highly disappointed in the brand and not shopping here again. Please give me my money back asap. Also the app user interface is really really really bad and pauses every five seconds. It's impossible to use it without getting frustrated. Even after multiple calls and emails, they haven't gotten back to me. This is highly unethical if they're planning to just skip refunding their customers. This is not at all responsible on the part of a brand which has a big name. Put some money into building customer care service instead of just overcharging for the products. Highly disappointed and frustrated. I need my money back asap.
