Shoppersstop.com — no response on resolving the account related issues and refund

I have made multiple requests to shopper's stop team through phone and email that i am unable to access my account, so i cannot place order using the money from the shopper's stop waller. It's been close to a week, no agent is being helpful to either refund the money or clear the issues to place a order.
