I had initiated an exchange on order #[protected]. The product was picked up on 26 Oct 2020. I did not get any update from them after pick-up. I wrote to customer care on 7 Nov. On 12th Nov they informed me that my requested exchange item is not available and they will initiate a refund in the SS Wallet. I asked them to refund my money to the original mode of payment. They have not refunded the money back yet. It is not available on the SS Wallet either.
I reached out to customer service via ph. The representative said that I will get a link in my mail to update my bank details within 48 hrs for refund money. I haven't got any mail even after 3 days.
They create a ticket every time I speak to customer care:
