Shopper's stop
I have been informed via mail and message that two of my orders have been cancelled, after almost a month and regular queries. Would like to know about the amount i had paid for the order.
Where did the amount go, its not being reflected anywhere in my profile.
Kindly, for once seriously look into my request and don't be disappointing this time.
I have been following up with your team consistently since one month and nothing has been done at your end.
Please stop giving useless excuses and stop harassing your customer like this.
