I have placed an order on 4th Sep. Though the payment with e-GV Vouchers was successful, there was no order generated. Then i contacted customer care and they suggested me to write to estore with details. Since then i have sent lot of mails and provided every details they asked about the order. I have called 9 times till now. Everyone repeating the same words "we have forwarded to the concerned department". There is no other reply from their side. They couldn't resolve it even after 15 days. Every time asking me to wait.

It is going endlessly without any update. Unfortunately i cant give a zero star here.
