I have returned the item purchased before 10 January 2022 and got the confirmation that the item reached Shopper Stop within a week and updated my bank details on 24 January 2022. From that time I am requesting them for refund process but to vain. Everything when I call customer care give me complain number and promise me to resolve it within 48 hours.
I am fed up and hereby demand not only my original amount but the interest too, as from last 2 months my money is stuck with you. This is not the first time Shopper Stop has hold my money without a reason, earlier in 2021 also I have return the product in May month and got the refund in December Month the refund was only the product principal amount without any compensation.
Now when I had a word with your customer care team they said that refund has been processed but they don't have a transaction or reference number as backend Team didn't provided one. So now let me know who is responsible for such a delay and who will bear the heat of this delay. Every clearly now I need a compensation along with my principal amount of the product at the earliest.
DON'T MAKE THE CUSTOMER FOOL AND PLAY WITH THEIR HARD MONEY.
