I ordered and received two not working watches on 24th Dec 2022. I immediately placed a return request. The watches were picked up 25th Dec.
I have been continuously following up with more than 10 calls and 12-13 emails with no help. I am receiving the same scripted replies to wait for 2-3 days. I finally held one of the calls for more than 40 minutes and got through to a senior.
I received a call from the Department Manager on 15th Jan assuring me that he will initiate the refund immediately. Still it is not done and my message to reach him remains unanswered.
Please help me get my refund.
