My complaint is regarding refund from online shoppersstop.com. Order ID[protected].
The product which I received was completely broken in powdered form. (2nos. of Glass bottles)
I have been chatting with shoppersstop customer care team for past 10 days. They are very much irresponsible and behaving rudely (signing off inbetween the questions) to resolve the issue.
Felt like I am getting cheated and searched to raise a complaint and found so many affected people's disappointed reviews online. Helpless/clueless, atlast found here some reputed people's genuine productive service in resolving others refund issues positively.
So registering here my grievences and expecting a trustworthy result soon as possible. HELP ME TO GET MY MONEY REFUNDED BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD.
