I made a purchase from Shoppers Stop on 5th March but later wanted to return the products as I was not happy with them. Upon going to the store to return the products, I was refused my own money into my source account and told that I would only get back the money in a credit note or a gift card. This is extremely atrocious as I do not wish to spend money on Shoppers Stop anymore and the credit note/gift card can only be used at Shoppers Stop. I really want my money back. Their team has stopped contacting me after I was persistent and so resolution has been achieved yet. Please help.
