I had ordered sunglasses on 23rd May which were delivered on 27th May. The sunglasses had scratches on the lenses. Such poor QC from the dispatch team.
Reported the issue on the same day with all appropriate proofs. Ordered a replacement as the customer care said they could get me a replacement in 5 days. After a week, it hadn’t yet been dispatched.
I raised a refund request on 6th Jun and was expecting a complaint ref and update within 24 hours as committed by the CC exec.
Called back on 7th June and realised the case was incorrectly logged and no refund request was initiated. Once again asked to wait for 48 hours.
No update on refund yet, I called back on 13th Jun and asked for an escalation. After insisting, was put onto someone who claimed to be a supervisor, although did not give any reassurances, only scripted responses.
14th June, raised a grievance. Got a lame response stating tried calling and couldn’t connect when I was actively getting other calls and I hadn’t missed any call. Stated a preferred time to call, still haven’t heard from them
