My order id is[protected].. I have returned the products i purchased online from shoppers stop..but they are not refunding my money .though a mail was sent to me issuing the refund on 21st jan 2022 but still it does not reflect in my bank ac. Also i have shared the bank statements..even after several complaints they are not doing anything..its a harassment for me...kindly help me ..
