I have ordered a product online. Due to size issues i have placed cancellation request for the same order. They have refunded as ss credits which i didn't want. I am following up to kindly refund it to original payment source but every time a they give false intimation that it will be done within within 2 days. Its been a month since i am following up with them. But they have not done anything regarding this issue. Below are complain ids for the same issue:
The issue has been resolved now. Earlier they refused to refund into my credit card after continuous follow up for a month. Afterwards they called me & refunded back full amount to my credit card. Thank you.
