Shoppersstop.com — Refunds not given yet.

Please escalate this complaint and resolve it on top priority.
I am expecting refunds for below 4 items immediately -

1. Order #[protected] SKU[protected] Rs. 494.7 - Refund issued mail received from shoppersStop but no refund has come yet to my bank account.

2. Order #[protected] SKU[protected] Rs. 78.4 - Refund issued mail received from shoppersStop but no refund has come yet to my bank account.

3. Order #[protected] SKU[protected] Rs. 39.2 - Refund issued mail received from shoppersStop but no refund has come yet to my bank account.

4. Order #[protected] Boys 5 Pocket Mild Wash Jeans - Rs. 389 - Product was missing in the parcel received - Registered the complaint with customer care immediately on receiving the parcel and shared pics almost one month back. Nothing has been done yet. Please refund money immediately.
