Ordered watch online from shopperstop site and selected store pickup since I was in the mall and when raise the return request online initially the executives on call told me that delivery guy will pick up your watch within 3 days 5 days and now they are telling I need to visit shopper stop store for return as I selected store pickup. When went to store they are giving credit notes which I don't need. I want complete refund in original payment mode as I ordered online and assured by executives also initially.
Terrible experience with the shopper stop it's been 20 days I am banging my head with the team and they are now resisting to accept the credit notes as I did store pickup.
Watch is untouched and in sellable condition. Kindly pickup the product and refund the amount in original payment mode. Was this information helpful? |
