I ordered ivy pillow on shopper stop and they delivered the wrong product on jul 16th and return was picked up jul 17th. It has been more than two weeks and no response from customer care. No mail or message from customer care. The customer care is not responding. the product has reached warehouse on 25th and according to shoppers stop with 48 hours refund or exchange should be initiated. I raised 3 different escalation and no single mail or message regarding that. When i tried to connect to customercare on 29th july, they disconnected the call every time(4 times) and not giving the proper response. Not every call will drop. The customer care is disconnecting the call from their end. Every time they will raise an escalation and ask me to wait 24-48hrs. I want my money back. Order ID:[protected]
