Shoppersstop.com — Shopper stop store GIP - After deal, took back their product without our wish

Date of incident - 20 July 2021
I went to store and choose a Diesel watch DZ-4536. the price was INR 19495.
but the employee over there told me that, this watch is on offer and the New price are 13945.
I asked them to sell it to me. They made a manual bill with stamp. I went to carry cash. When I came back after 2 minutes. They say we got a call from office and this watch can't be sold at new price.
Previously they confirmed with all their senior and the office also.
We wasted 2 hours there and what we got, vomplete disappointment
