I placed the order no[protected] on 23rd jan 2018 evening time. I purchased 3 dresses for my mother, since i was checking shopperstop website i liked 3 dresses and placed the order with 'm' size and payed with credit card. Morning time my mother told me she wears 'l' size so immediately i sent them an email regarding size change before the ship, also called customer care no, they told they dont have option to change size now, but they can cancel the order and money will be returned in my credit acc. Within 7 days. 24th jan evening i got email that products has been shipped now. Today morning on 25th jan when i called customer care, they are saying product can't be cancelled now. When i am asking to cancel anyway, they are saying they can't do anything now. If they can't do anything then why they have customer care! I was thinking shopperstop is good company, but really poor and stress passer company for online buyers. I am just hopeless now. Please help to cancel the order.
