Shoppersstop.com — They pick up the products and don't refund money saying pickup cancelled

This is a fraud website. The send used clothes, after return, they pick up your products and never do a refund. If you check the status at site, they will mark it as pickup failed after few days. This has happened to me third time now. Exactly same pattern. I had a gift voucher to spend here, otherwise would have never bought anything from these frauds
