Really really horrible experience I’ve ever had in my life for online shopping. It’s been a nightmare dealing with shoppers stop customer service. I never had any bad experiences with any other platforms and it’s high time for shoppers stop to train themselves and look outside how other companies are putting efforts to get the issue resolved real quick. I’ve orders a pair of jeans and received wrong size and poor quality as well, so I decided to return it which I did on the same day of delivery 15 September 2021. On 16 September 2021 the items were picked by their agent and from that day till date I’m continuously following with them on chat and getting same canned responses from each and every single customer service agent. On call they use same script and give false commitment. On email they never reply. These people are least bothered about what customer is going through and they just give run around every single time you try to speak with customer service. Basically they are bullying customers and are masters in doing fraud. They should ask a question to themselves that does it take 13 working days to reach a item to their warehouse. Even if the warehouse is in China it will take 20 days to be shipped which has already been passed. I’ll wait for next 48 hours and will finally have to lodge a complaint at my nearest police station and make sure the issue is fixed snd I get my money back as they are bot able to get is resolved and it clearly shows that they are not willing to give a customers good service at any time.
