I want to raise a complaint for shopperstop staff of gip noida location.
It was one of the worst experience i have faced with any orgainzation. The staffs are not properly trained and they provide wrong information to the customers. The manager was in no way helpful for the customer and was not interested in providing a
Atisfactory response to the customer.Infact, he was adamant and presumptuous.
The staff on the first floor named ravinder prepared one bill for one product i bought and also offered me the shopperstop membership card saying that they are providing some additional benefits with the card like looks salon 500 rs voucher, 120 rs cashback, 21 days exchange policy for any product purchased from shoopperstop without bill and waived off parking fee if any. I told i dont want the card but will it be possible to put the points in my regiostered number without the card and he said yes thats possible and also added points to my registered number (According to him the number was registered). Later i bought one more product from second floor,
At the billing section the lady told me that i need to compulsory purchase a card if i want to add on the points for the shopping i have done. I asked her to call the staff from first floor as something else was conveyed to me in last few hours, the manager mr. Abhishek had a discussion with ravinder in private. Then ravinder
Told that he has not said anything like that, he was clearly lieing on my face (I wish i had recorded my earlier conversation with him) and the manager was too impertinent with me. He was not listening to me at all and also his tone was too rude. He was like mam nothing can be done now.. Do you want me to place your order or not.
Then i said okay provide me the membership card as per ravinder the card should have now 120 rs as cashback but the manager told
There must be any misinterpretation and ravinder must have not said anything like that as nothing like that is a part of the policy.
This complete scenario goes for more than 50 minutes. Before me there was one more couple who also faced the same issue. Its not like i am buying from shopperstop for the first time, i have done plenty of shopping earlier and all the time wrong information
Was provided to us and there is no benefit we have recieved till now for any shopping when we ask for redeeming the point we got to know that first we need to spent 300 bucks more and start collecting the points again.
Personally i dont feel shopperstop need to do such cheap tricks (Forcing a staff to buy 300rs card) to earn money.
Secondly, the attitude of your staff was extremly bad, i have not seen much ill-trained staff.
I will definitely think twice or thrice before stepping ever into shopperstop.
Please start taking strick action against these behaviours else you will start losing your customers.
