Shoppersstop.com — wrong item sent - not able to return

Hello,
I want to escalate my issue with shoppers stop. More than 20 days that i am trying to return an item which was sent wrongly to me. I had ordered 44 inch shirt but 42 inch was sent to me by order tracking number [protected]. After that, i am not able to initiate a return from your website as even after 15 days of receiving the shirt, it was showing in transit status. Raised complaint through emails multiple times but every time getting false information. Please return my money immediately that i paid for this shirt.
