Shoppersstop.com — Wrong product received & no response from the company since a week | |||||
I had ordered online from shoppersstop.com for a laptop bag of carlton (order number[protected]. I have not received the product that I had ordered. And the product has been tempered with in terms of product code. A hand written stamp has been affixed displaying the product code. Also the price tag has been tempered with. The price tag on the bag is neither of the product that I had ordered, nor of the product that has actually been delivered wrongly to me. I had placed an order for product code 9229337 priced at Rs. 4820/-.Whereas I have been delivered a bag with product code 9229339 priced at Rs. 4190/-. On the other hand the tag on the product reads as Rs. 4995/-. I noticed this flaw when I saw that the laptop bag I ordered had two compartments whereas what i have received has only one. I had complained through email on 7th June 2016. Made a call on 9th June. ANd even after receiving no response sent a second email on 10th June 2016. I have still not received any revert since then. It has been a whole week and I am still stuck with a wrong product having my money stuck as well and having received no response from the Company, I feel cheated from a fraud company. My experience with other online websites has been very delightful, But with shoppersstop it has been a disgusting experience. Was this information helpful? | |||||
