[Resolved] Shoppersstop.com — misguided for the product and then blaming us without giving any solution

I went to shoppers stop which is there in mgf mall and chosen a kurta and palazzo which was under the promotion of buy one get one but the size which was required was not available at the store so they asked us that they will send it online to the address where it is to be sent as the person for which we were buying is from dehradun. We specifically told then that we do do not have good experience with online shopping hence would not like to go ahead with this option but they insist that everything will be fine and they will send the right product only but the wrong order was delivered (Ordered for black kurta and palazzo but got blue color. Order number #[protected] i called them and ask them for change they asked me to call customer care where they clearly denied that product colour can not be changed however size can be changed. When i called store after checking with their manager they confirmed that colour will be returned and on tuesday someone will come with black palazzo and will take blue palazzo which we agreed. But on tuesday they again called and mentioned that they can not change the colour of palazzo when we asked that if this is so then why you confirmed on that day to which they were not having any answer and they started putting blame on us that you must have checked before placing the order so you are also at fault. Which ideally person who was ordering didn't show us the details and he gave the option to do the payment only. Secondly, i was not there to do online shopping they have done it on their behalf i showed them the product which was required. Worst experience with # shoppers stop not going to go back there but i want my black colour palazzo at a place of blue which i never ordered. And want a compensation gainst the mental torture which they have done just to safe gaurd themself.
