I have never seen such a worst online shopping as like shoppersstop. They are easily cheating customers in money 1st and quality 2nd. For any issues raised in regards to money refund or gift vouchers will never be resolved. I only advise everyone not to choose shopperstop online shopping when you value every single rupee. Final result from shoppersstop is always like customers will lose money in 1000's but they will not even give a rupee back. Fraudulent shopping and worst service. I had purchased a dining table from homestop at R-City mall thane. After only 3-4 days of purchase I found that on of the leg of the dining table was broken. I called the concerned manager several times but to no avail. No help or effort was made by home stop person.
