[Resolved] Shoppersstop.com — placed an order for store pickup and order is missing | |||
I placed an order of rs 5200 for store pickup from ambience mall, new delhi. The objective for store pickup was so that i'd get the product early as compared to shipping time. After placing the order, it gave me a time frame. O[censored]pto 24 hours for order to be ready for pickup. It's been more than 2 days and i haven't received any reply from shoppers stop. I even called the concerned store and they said that they haven't received my order. Called my bank to confirm if the payment went through and they told me that there is no problem with the transaction. Go # yourself, ss. Not gonna buy jackshit from you guys. I've been in india for a year now and if this is how you guys operate, i am sorry to say but services in other countries are way better than they are here. Was this information helpful? | |||
