Shopping Bazaar — Debit my 9850 rs/- from my account without my knowledge

Thursday evening ( 28.07.2016), I got a call from a online e commerce company called shoppingbazar.com stating that it is a call from Sbi credit card department and they are offering me some reward points. Number from which i got that call is- [protected] named nikhil.

Than I received a call from a person informing that I have purchased some stuff from their company and 9850/- rs are deducted from my ICICI debit card. When I refused, he gave me no. of Mr Hardik Patel. When I asked mr. hardik to reverse my money back. He promised that he will pay 2000 rs by cheque and other 7000 after I return the courier, but company not give me any reference no. regarding my sending courier till now & i have not received courier till now. I have understood that it is a big fraud

My Account is from ICICI Bank. Account is Of Mr. Girish Erwar and transaction remarks is -VIN/COLORS INDI/[protected]/0

I request you to take action against this company for doing such fraud. I want to file an fir against this company and .Though I get or lose my money, I want that action should be taken against this company so that such fraud can not be done again in future.
