[Resolved] Shopping Outlet — Been an year not delivered my product or refunded the amount of cancelling

Hi, I ordered apple headphones from a company calling shopping outlet, a retailer on junglee for 1600rs. I cancelled the order an year back as the product was not delivered to me even after 15days. Nor have i received the product neither the refund even after talking a customer executive named amit verma. Please help.
